Traveling from the North and East

From the M5, join the A38 towards Plymouth.
Leave the A38 signed for Modbury and Ermington onto the A3121 at
Wrangaton Cross. (Once you reach the top of the slip road off the A38,
Moor View is signposted, simply follow the signs.)
Proceed one mile to the crossroads (Kittaford Cross). Continue straight across,
(ignoring the right turn to Modbury) follow the road for about four miles,
go passed the petrol station and pub;
follow the road out of the village and around to the right,
Moor View will be found on the left hand side in a quarter of a mile.

From the South and West

On the A38 from Plymouth
after approx 15 miles leave at the South Brent exit, take the right hand lane and
turn right at the bottom of the slip road, passing underneath the A38
and rejoin the west bound carriageway. After a quarter of a mile take the left turning towards
Modbury and Ermington on the A3121, then follow the instructions above.

We look forward to welcoming you to Moor View.
